The Department for Professional Licensing suggests completing your renewal at least two weeks prior to your renewal date. The General Assembly approves fees for full and temporary licensees. Renewal and extension fees for licensees are $125 annually. Fees for new applicants are $175. These fees do not include assessments for late applications or reinstatements.
