The Department for Professional Licensing suggests completing your renewal at least two weeks prior to your renewal date. The General Assembly approves fees for full and temporary licensees. For full licensure, there is a $75 application fee and $150 fee for initial licensure. The annual renewal fee is $150. For temporary licensure, the application fee is $75, and $150 fee for initial licensure. The temporary licensure extension fee is $150. Late renewal fees are $100 in addition to the renewal fee. Reinstatement of licensure is $150.
